Falcons fall to defending
State Champions Holbrook
State Champions Holbrook
The Falcons playoff run ended as they fell to Holbrook, the
defending 3A State Champions, in the quarter-finals of the
Division III State Tournament. The teams exchanged leads
throughout the first two quarters and went into halftime tied
at 30-30. In the third, Holbrook capitalized on their
athleticism and took a small lead into the fourth where they
pulled away for a 71-55 win. The Falcons 20 wins this
season was a school record as well as their 10-1 record in
division play, 13-5 record in the regular season and 3-2
record in the post-season.
