Prep unveils new Falcon logo
North Pointe's new Falcon logo for the 2010-2011 school year is a
cleaner, sleeker more modern design that features a purple head
and yellow beak.
"Although we have been using purple as an accent color over the
past several years, we thought the head needed to reflect a
sense of history," said the Prep's Athletic Director Erin Idczak. "I
think the black outline and white eye socket capture our swagger
perfectly.
"We're not the new kids anymore," continued Director Idczak, "this
is our fourth year competing in the 2A Central. We wanted a logo
that basically said, 'you'd better take us seriously because we
think we're just as good as you are. You may beat us, but you're
going to have to earn it.'"

Morrison.
