Record audiences were entertained by the Prep's 'A Christmas Carol on the Range' as
standing room only crowds watched the Thursday and Friday night performances and a sold
out audience enjoyed the Dinner Theatre presentation.
"It really was more of a holiday event
than just a normal school play," said Principal Gow. "From the horse drawn wagon ride into
the parking lot to the holiday music performed by the band and choir to the amazing old west
set, it was an incredible three days. Ms. Gray and her cast and crew put on a great show!"

Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat
The High School Falcon Player's Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat played to record
audiences charming the standing room only crowds with laughter and song choreographed
beautifully by Senior Alicia Frazier. “The music would not be the same without Alicia’s dance
steps,” said Director Ms. Gray. “This is Alicia’s third and final show to choreograph and we will
miss her greatly when she graduates in the spring.”
Over 800 people watched the three
performances making it the most watched play ever.

The Hobbit
The Prep Theatre was filled to capacity for both performances of the Junior High Falcon
Player’s Fall play The Hobbit by Edward Mast. This classic J.R.R. Tolkein story about the
lovable hobbit, Bilbo Baggins was very well put together, with Noah Calderone leading the
cast as Bilbo. “Noah has such a charming and lovable personality and that captured the
audience right away” said Ms. Gray, director. Zach Hugo and JT Elliott did a fine job as
Gandalf the Wizard and Thorin Oakenshield, King of the Dwarves. “These three young men
are so very strong as actors and as leaders among their peers; they were an awesome team
to bring this cast to excellence.” The audience enjoyed laughter and tears as they were
brought through this tale of a great adventure and friendship.

The Mouse the Roared
The theatre had a cozy atmosphere as the Jr. High Falcon Players presented their spring
production, The Mouse That Roared. The audience laughed at the clever script and the
awesome acting done by the actors. Victoria Lucero, Michael Maldonado, JT Elliott and Jacob
Herrera lead this awesome cast as Duchess Gloriana and her Council. "They just made me
so proud!" said Kay Gray, director of the play. "This is a very difficult play to present. It is
written in more advanced language and they just nailed it!"

Cyrano
The performance of Senior Frankie Marchi in the title role of the Falcon Players presentation
of Cyrano was awe inspiring. “The range of emotions Frankie had to portray was immense
and he nailed the part perfectly.” Said Kay Gray, director, “And the fact that he had equally
excellent actors like Senior Katie Komos and Junior Payson Mosher, helped lead this cast to
an incredibly touching performance.” The supporting cast had a huge part in making the
audience feel like they were a part of the show. They came in with the audience and, in
character, mixed and mingled with them. The crowd laughed and cried, and thoroughly
enjoyed themselves.
