North Pointe will go Old School for Spirit Week 2009 and
feature your favorite games from recess, your crazy outfits
from decades past and the annual Homecoming festivities:
Powder Puff Tournament, Varsity Football Game, Float
Contest, the Homecoming Dance and crowning of the King
and Queen.
The six day extravaganza, September 14th-19th, will
include daily assemblies with costume judging and class
competitions.
As always, you can count on preptv to collect and share
this year's 'Old School' memories.Each day photos and
videos of that days events will be posted.

We've made it real simple with regards to your
Old School outfits by selecting a different decade
for each day. Monday is 60's, Tuesday is 70's,
Wednesday is 80's and Thursday is 90's.
Be an individual and make a loud statement all
on your own with an outrageous outfit and
hair-do each day or join with some friends and
dress alike.
If you want to go all out, choose a sub-theme of
your own. Maybe each day your outfit will feature
your favorites from that decade - favorite band,
movie, actor, etc.
Then of course, on Friday, we will all wear our
Prep shirts.

We've gone Old School with games you used to
play during recess.
Not for the timid or fragile, the week begins on
Monday with dodge ball class competition.
Then, it's on to Tuesday and one of the all time
favorites of any kid on the playground - kick ball.
Wednesday's class competition is sock ball -
remember rainy days playing nerf soccer without
shoes.
Thursday's class competition will feature over
450 students playing Simon Says.
