North Pointe students and faculty remembered the lives lost on
September 11, 2001 with a Memorial Service that featured a beautiful
presentation of the National Anthem by Bethany Wolfe, the reading of
one of the winning 'Experiencing 9/11' essays by Kaylinn Crowl, and a
moment of silence.

2008 - the day of the Prep Cares Troop Tribute assembly where
$21,000 worth of supplies were donated to American Troops serving in
Iraq.
The 9/11 Memorial Service launched the Prep Cares Remembering
Our Heroes project that will focus on Serving America’s Veterans and
their families. The eight week project, which will include collecting
supplies for those currently serving overseas and assisting Veterans
here at home, will conclude with a Veterans Day Ceremony on November
10th.
The 'Experiencing 9/11' Essay Contest was won by Bethany Wolfe,
Kaylinn Crowl, Lauren Toomey and Meghan Richter. Each winner
received a $50 cash prize.
