North Pointe's Varsity Cheer team
returned from summer camp with
several trophies including the much
coveted Leadership Award.
The camp was hosted by Universal
Cheer Association (UCA) and held
at Northern Arizona University.
"The Leadership Award is a special
award," said Coach Josh Delgado.
"Each athlete votes for the team
they would like to be on other than
their own. This awards says a lot
about our team."
The Prep was also recognized for
being the best Varsity Coed team
and received the prestigious
overall Camp Champion Award.
