Arts Facilities Undergo Remodeling Projects
North Pointe has begun remodeling projects that
will provide the Arts Department with Band and
Choir Studios and a state of the art Theatre.
The Band Studio will be large enough to hold
over 60 band members and will also feature two
practice rooms as well as equipment storage.
The Choir Studio will feature a performance area
as well as an attaching piano/guitar lab.
The Prep Theatre has undergone a tremendous
transformation with the completion of the stage, a
new wood floor throughout the Theatre, new
sound and lighting systems, and a mini-video
production studio that will allow technicians to
video tape Theatre events with multiple cameras
as well as project live images onto the large
screens which are mounted on each side of the
stage.
